One-Hit Calculator

One-shotting is where grinding gets fast. Put in your damage per hit and your level, and this lists every live Classic World monster you kill in one or two hits, sorted by level, with its HP, EXP and the maps it spawns on most. It runs the same formulas as our damage calculator.

29 of 64 monsters in 1–2 hits

150–450 per hit, at level 30, vs each monster's weapon defense and the level gap. No crits, no misses.

One hit, every time 8

One hit on a high roll 10

Two hits on a high roll 11

How it works

  • Defense: your hit × 100 / (defense + 100), using weapon defense for physical attacks and magic defense for spells. A monster with no defense listed counts as 0.
  • Element (spells): × 1.25 if the monster is weak to it, × 0.75 if strong, × 0 if immune.
  • Level gap: monsters above your level take less, per the damage formula guide.
  • Hits: monster HP ÷ your hit after all of that, rounded up. With more than one hit per use, it counts uses.

Estimate: the formulas are community-documented (sources in the damage formula guide), not published by Nexon. Crits, misses, buffs you didn't include and skill side effects aren't counted. Monster HP, defense and EXP are from the game data. Hit chance is in the accuracy calculator.

FAQ

What damage numbers do I enter?

Your min and max damage per hit before the monster: the range in your character window for a regular attack, or the "before monster" column of our damage calculator for a skill. If you've used the damage calculator in this browser, one button copies its inputs over.

How does it decide one hit or two?

For each monster it applies the monster's defense (damage × 100 / (defense + 100)), the element factor for spells, and the level-gap penalty from our damage formula guide, then compares the result with the monster's HP. If even your minimum kills it, that's "every time"; if only your maximum does, it's "on a high roll". Example: a 150 minimum hit on an Orange Mushroom (0 weapon defense, 142 HP) lands 150.

Does it include critical hits?

No. Crits only add damage, so with crits you'll one-shot a few more monsters than the list shows. Misses aren't included either; check the accuracy calculator for those.

Why is a monster above my level missing from the list?

The level gap cuts your damage against monsters above your level: about 11% at 5 levels, a third at 10 and half at 20 per our damage formula guide. Raise your level in the tool to see how the list changes.

Which monsters are included?

All 64 live monsters that give EXP. The level-200 "Super" monsters with 0 EXP are left out, same as our other calculators.
