There are three planned ways to get a Gloves Attack scroll in Classic World, plus one lucky one. Buy the Lesser one (+1 W.ATK, 100%): community shop lists put it at Flint in Henesys Town Hall or Ben in Kerning City Civic Center for 40,000 mesos once your citizenship reaches Guardian of the Village (shops aren't in the game data). Earn an Intermediate one from Rowen the Fairy's 150 Cursed Dolls quest (level 36). Or roll for Intermediate or Greater in Jane's Final Challenge (level 44). The lucky one is a GM-event Magic Box. Crafting can't make them.
Quick answer: Fastest guaranteed Intermediate: Collecting 150 Cursed Dolls (Lv. 36, Ellinia) gives a Gloves Attack or Gloves Magic Attack Intermediate at random. Buyable (community-reported): Lesser at 40,000 mesos from Flint/Ben at the Guardian of the Village citizenship grade. Best roll: Jane's Final Challenge (Lv. 44).

Route 1: Citizen scroll shops (Lesser)
Shop stock, prices and grade gates aren't in the game data; this table comes from community shop lists, so confirm in game.

Community sources put Guardian of the Village at the ninth of ten citizenship grades, so this is a long-term goal. Two community sources agree on the Gloves Attack Scroll: Lesser here. One also lists Gloves Magic Attack Scroll: Lesser (+2 M.ATK) at the same price and grade; the other doesn't list it. Grade progress is explained in the citizenship guide.
Route 2: Rowen the Fairy's Cursed Dolls (Intermediate)
Rowen the Fairy in Ellinia runs a doll-collecting chain from level 36. It only opens after you finish Returned Secret Book (the Sauna Robe chain).

The last step picks Attack or Magic Attack at random with equal weight in the quest data, so a Warrior can end up with a Magic Attack scroll. That's 370 dolls to reach it. Cursed Doll farming is in where to get crafting materials.
Route 3: Jane's Final Challenge (Intermediate or Greater)
Jane's Final Challenge (level 44, Lith Harbor) needs Jane's first two challenges done, 100 Dark Axe Stump and 50 Drake kills, a Moon Rock, 20 Dragon Skin and 10 Sap of Ancient Tree. The reward is one of four scrolls with equal weight: Gloves Attack Intermediate, Gloves Attack Greater, Gloves Magic Attack Intermediate or Gloves Magic Attack Greater. What doesn't work
- Crafting: Arcforge makes Gloves Accuracy and Gloves Crit. Rate scrolls (Lesser), but no Gloves Attack scroll recipe exists in the launch data.
- Drops: no confirmed Classic drop source, and no drop rates are published.
- Luck: Nexon's Grand Launch notes list Gloves Attack Intermediate and Greater among the random results of the GM-event Magic Box (Scroll of Secrets to Chun Ji at the Kerning City Construction Site, then the box to Mr. Pickall in Kerning City). It's one roll from a long list, so it isn't a route you can plan.
