Citizenship and Housing are two systems that are new in Classic World and weren't in the original game. Citizenship comes first, because you need it to buy a house.

Citizenship

Characters level 12 and up can become an official resident of Henesys or Kerning City.

What citizens get

  • Access to special items in the town's specialty shop
  • A discount on cab prices
  • A discount at the Storage Keeper
  • A discount on some general store items
  • Access to the Citizen General Store, which sells extras such as the Lie Detector Test

Raising your Citizenship grade

Each town has a Community Board with requests from local residents. Completing them earns Contribution, which raises your Citizenship grade and unlocks more ways to help the town.

Housing

Once you're a citizen with a grade of Visitor or higher, you can buy a home with mesos from the town's Housing Registrar:

Key rules:

  • You can own one home at a time.
  • The house is shared by all characters on your account.
  • You can decorate it with furniture, invite other players over, and visit their homes.

The Lie Detector Test

Citizens can buy a Lie Detector Test (account-bound, 7-day duration) at the Citizen General Store. If you see a character behaving like a bot, use it on them to start a minigame. A character who fails is sent to the Truth Booth. There they can't move, chat, use skills or items, or join any content until they've stayed logged in for a set time.
