How to Get Mana Elixirs in MapleStory Classic World

Mana Elixirs come from quests in Classic World. The big one is Shumi's Lost Sack of Cash (level 35, the third Kerning City subway jump quest), which gives 30. Two more quests give 10 each: The Faded Ink at level 28 and What It Takes at level 57. That's 50 per character from quests, and those three are the only quest sources in the game data. Shop stock and drop tables aren't in the game data, so we can't confirm any other source.

Quick answer: Do all three Shumi jump quests at 35 for 30 Mana Elixirs (plus 10,000 mesos on the last one). At 28, the Caretaker's Ledger chain in Ellinia gives 10 more.

What a Mana Elixir does

Restores	50% of max MP
Cooldown	30 seconds
NPC sell price	1,000 mesos

For Magicians it's an emergency refill, not a replacement for regular MP pots. See the potions and consumables guide.

The three quests

Quest	Lv	NPC	Mana Elixirs	What it takes
The Faded Ink	28	Chrishrama, Sleepywood	10	Step 4 of the Caretaker's Ledger chain, which starts with Lyn the Librarian's The Filing Error
Shumi's Lost Sack of Cash	35	Shumi, Kerning City	30	The third subway run. Needs B1 and B2 done first
What It Takes	57	Slade	10	Kerning City citizenship grade 10 chain

None of them are repeatable.

Shumi's subway runs

Run	Bring back	Reward
B1: Shumi's Lost Coin	Shumi's Coin	Return scrolls (5 Nearest Town, plus 3 for each of six towns)
B2: Shumi's Lost Roll of Cash	Shumi's Roll of Cash	30 Blue Potions
B3: Shumi's Lost Sack of Cash	Shumi's Sack of Cash	30 Mana Elixirs, 10,000 mesos

Each run pays 6,720 EXP. These are jump quests: the item sits at the end of the Construction Site maps. Map tips are in the jump quests guide.

The Caretaker's Ledger chain (level 28)

The Filing Error (25 Torn Ledger Pages, from fairies), then Chief Stan's Signature (10 Elixirs), Repairing the Book, and The Faded Ink (10 Mana Elixirs). It keeps going after that and ends with the Faded Maple Leaf Earrings. The full walk is in how to get Faded Maple Leaf Earrings.

Forgotten Hollow

One community database also lists Forgotten Hollow quests as Mana Elixir sources. That area isn't open yet, and our launch quest data doesn't include those rewards, so treat them as unconfirmed. See the Forgotten Hollow guide.
