What it's about
Can Slade at The Hermit's Cabin really decipher Encrypted Document Slade at The Hermit's Cabin said Encrypted Document had been intricately sealed with magical power, and that deciphering it would require something called Ink of Truth. He said Malady near Ellinia had it, so it sounded like I'd need to defeat them to get my hands on it. Only characters at Level 57 or higher can complete this quest. I brought Slade at The Hermit's Cabin the item needed to decipher Encrypted Document.
