What it's about
It seems Dark Lord at Thieves' Hideout has another task for me. Dark Lord at Thieves' Hideout said there was someone who could decipher Encrypted Document, and told me to seek out an expert living somewhere deep in the marshland. It sounded like I could find him in a small cabin at Monkey Swamp III. Only characters at Level 57 or higher can complete this quest. I met Slade, an expert in code-breaking, at The Hermit's Cabin.
