The Bronze Crusader Helm comes from one quest: Luke the Security Guy's Wish to Travel, from Luke at Henesys Dungeon Entrance, at level 46. You need his level 19 quest done first. It's a Warrior-only level 50 helm, so other classes usually skip the quest.
Quick answer: Do Luke the Security Guy (Lv. 19) first. At 46, bring Luke 1 Black Feather, 10 Orihalcon Ingot, 20 Screw, 30 Drake Skull and 20 Dragon Skin. Reward: Bronze Crusader Helm.

It has no magic defense in the launch game data (an older community listing shows +13 M.DEF, which is outdated).
It's also a crafting base
Smithing (profession level 10) turns one Bronze Crusader Helm into a Silver Crusader Helm (plus 12 Silver Ingot, 1,000 mesos fee) or a Mithril Crusader Helm (plus 12 Mithril Ingot, 2,000 mesos fee). Both are straight upgrades: +55 W.DEF, +23 M.DEF, +6 accuracy and +10 HP (Silver) or +10 MP (Mithril), same level 50 Warrior requirement and 7 slots. See the crafting professions guide.

Getting the materials

Is it worth it?
It's a big material bill, and the quest isn't repeatable. For a Warrior heading to 50 it's a 7-slot helm plus a Smithing base; for anyone else the reward is useless. Compare it with what you'd get from the market in the equipment guide by level and which warrior path.
