Wraith (Lv 48, 2,350 HP): Line 2 <Area 3> (68) and Line 1 <Area 4> (59) are Wraith-only maps, so every kill counts. Line 2 <Area 2> (57) and Line 1 <Area 3> (48) mix in Jr. Wraiths and lower mobs that don't count. B3 <Subway Depot> has only 10.
