What it's about
It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with her work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center. Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to go say hi to Chun Ji, a resident of the city. Let's go greet Chun Ji. Only characters at Level 32 or higher can complete this quest. I checked in on Chun Ji, a resident of Kerning City. Man, they were incredibly grumpy.
