Buy it in Sleepywood. Pure Water costs 1,120 mesos from the 24 Hr Mobile Store in Ant Tunnel Park or from Mr. Sweatbottom in the Regular Sauna. Two quests need it: Andre's Request (Lv. 10, Nella in Kerning City) and Jane's First Challenge (Lv. 44, Jane in Lith Harbor). One bottle covers each quest.

What Pure Water is
A food item that restores 800 MP. It sells back to NPCs for 112 mesos, so don't buy extras to vendor.

Two community shop listings agree on these two shops at the same price. One also lists Valen, the grocer at Florina Beach, at 1,120 mesos. The other has no stock recorded for Valen yet, so check before you make the trip.
Getting there. The Regular Sauna is in Sleepywood itself, so at low level Mr. Sweatbottom is the one to visit. Ant Tunnel Park is deeper in Sleepywood's dungeon, past Deep Ant Tunnel II, and every map on the way has Horny Mushrooms (Lv. 22) and Zombie Mushrooms (Lv. 24); the park itself adds 31 Evil Eyes (Lv. 27). That's no walk for a level 10, but if you're already training down there in your 20s, buy your Pure Water on the way.

Other ways to get it
- Magic Box (GM events). Per Nexon, the Magic Box that Mr. Pickall in Kerning City opens can roll 30 Pure Water. You get the box by winning a GM event for a Scroll of Secrets and turning it in to Chun Ji at Kerning City Construction Site. It's random, so don't count on it.
- Monster drops. None recorded. Community drop data has nothing for Pure Water, and we haven't seen a confirmed monster source.

Andre's Request is step 3 of Nella's Kerning City chain. Its reward, Work Gloves with 5 upgrade slots, is worth having early, which is why so many new players go looking for Pure Water at level 10. The catch: at level 10, Sleepywood is a long walk for 1,120 mesos. If you're short on mesos, finish a few early quests first.
Jane's First Challenge opens the Jane the Alchemist chain, which ends with Jane's Final Challenge and its gloves attack scrolls. It only unlocks after Jane's level 20 quest Jane and the Mushroom, so do that one first. See the Jane the Alchemist guide. More in quests worth doing.
