Nella's Other Requests Quest Guide (Lv. 22): Dr. Faymus, Chris and Cutthroat Manny's Boots

Nella & Kerning City Citizen's Other Request is the level 22 follow-up to Nella's first jobs in Kerning City: three steps for Dr. Faymus, Chris and Cutthroat Manny. It pays 6,420 EXP (about 22% of level 22), 2,148 mesos, 30 White Potions, a Bronze Ingot, an Iron Ingot and a pair of boots for your job.

Quick answer: Nella, Kerning City, Lv. 22+ (after Andre's Request). Step 1: 40 Jr. Necki + 40 Horny Mushroom kills, 20 skins, 20 caps. Step 2: 20 Stiff Feathers, 20 Leather. Step 3: 50 Evil Eye kills (Lv. 27 mob), 30 Evil Eye Tails. Reward: class boots, 5 slots.

Before you start

Finish Andre's Request first (Nella, Lv. 10).

Walkthrough notes

Dr. Faymus's Request: the pharmacy owner is out of potion ingredients. The Swamp of Despair II, right next to Kerning City, has both targets (Jr. Necki ×17, Horny Mushroom ×20), so you can do the whole step there. Pays 30 White Potions.
Chris's Request: Chris's pillow was stolen and he needs 20 Stiff Feathers and 20 Leather for a new one. Neither has a quest or crafting source in the game data, and drop tables aren't in the data either (Leather is described only as "a monster's skin"), so you'll be buying these or picking them up as you train. Pays a Bronze Ingot and an Iron Ingot.
Cutthroat Manny's Request: the weapon shop owner wants Evil Eye Tail Stew: 50 Evil Eyes defeated and 30 tails. Evil Eyes are level 27, five levels above the chain's start, and live deep in the Ant Tunnel, past Ant Tunnel Park in The Cave of Evil Eye.
The first chain is covered in Nella & Kerning City Citizen's Request.

Where to find the monsters

Spawn counts per map from the game data, densest first.

Jr. Necki (Lv. 21): every Jr. Necki map has something much stronger on it. The Swamp of Despair II (17, plus Horny Mushroom ×20 and Ligator Lv. 31 ×36) is the practical pick. Dangerous Croko I (27) and Dangerous Croko II (21) have more but also Crocos (Lv. 52). The subway's Line 2 <Area 1> has only 14 Jr. Neckis against 83 Jr. Wraiths (Lv. 34), so skip it.
Horny Mushroom (Lv. 22): Ant Tunnel IV (41), Ant Tunnel III (38, with 61 Zombie Mushrooms), The Swamp of Despair II (20), Tree Dungeon, Forest Up North III (16)
Evil Eye (Lv. 27): The Cave of Evil Eye III (38), The Cave of Evil Eye II (36), Ant Tunnel Park (31), The Cave of Evil Eye IV (23). All are reached through the Ant Tunnel from Sleepywood.

Is it worth it?

Yes. Every step pays 2,140 EXP (about 7% of level 22) and 716 mesos (6,420 EXP and 2,148 mesos in all), and the last one gives 5-slot level 25 boots built for your job with a small stat bonus. Step 1's 30 White Potions are useful at this level too. The catch is the Evil Eye step: at 22 you'll be fighting level 27 mobs, so most players come back to it a few levels later. Chris's ingots are crafting materials, small but not nothing if you craft.
