Omok Set Quests Guide: How to Get All 6 Omok Sets from Casey (MapleStory Classic World)

Maple World's Unique Fun: Omok is a six-step chain from Casey in Henesys Park, open at level 12. Each step trades an Omok Table and two Omok pieces for a different Omok Set, so you finish with six sets plus 2,004 EXP (about 62% of level 12) and 2,454 mesos.

Walkthrough notes

Each step's quest log names the monsters that drop that step's three items. They're all low-level mobs around Henesys and Kerning City:

Stump shows up in every step, so a few Stump runs early save you trips later. The table and pieces for each step are separate quest items (each step has its own Omok Table), so you can't stockpile one batch for all six.

Where to find the monsters

Casey is in Henesys, so everything below is on Victoria Island (Maple Island is behind you by now). Spawn counts per map are from the game data, densest first.

Maps that cover a whole step in one go:

• Step 1 (Stump, Slime, Orange Mushroom): Henesys Hunting Ground III has Stump ×10, Slime ×17 and Orange Mushroom ×11.
• Step 2 (Stump, Slime, Pig): A Hill West of Henesys has Stump ×16, Slime ×6 and Pig ×16.
• Step 5 (Stump, Orange Mushroom, Octopus): Kerning City Construction Site has Stump ×24, Orange Mushroom ×8 and Octopus ×10.
• Steps 3, 4 and 6: no single low-level map has all three, so combine the lists below.

• Octopus (Lv. 12): Damp Forest (15, on the Sleepywood side), Caution Falling Down (12), Northern Top of Construction Site (12), Kerning City Construction Site (10). Damp Tree-Forest has more (19) but also Dark Axe Stumps (Lv. 23), which hit hard at level 12.

The Tree That Grew maps, The Field South of Ellinia, The Forest of Wisdom and The Forest North/South of Ellinia are around Ellinia; the Henesys maps are closer to Casey. The Forest North and South of Ellinia also spawn Axe Stumps (Lv. 17), so they're skipped here.

Is it worth it?

Worth it if you want the Omok Sets. That's what this chain is for. The EXP and mesos are flat: 334 EXP and 409 mesos per step, 2,004 EXP and 2,454 mesos in total (about 62% of a level at 12, much less by the time you're 20), with no gear or potions. Each step is only three drops from level 5 to 12 mobs, so a level 12 can clear it fast. If you don't care about the mini-game, there's no reward here you'll miss.
