What it's about
It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with her work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center. Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to check on Dark Lord, the hidden leader of the city. Time to take a deep breath and go... Only characters at Level 32 or higher can complete this quest. I checked in on Dark Lord, the hidden leader of Kerning City. Truth be told, he's someone who doesn't really need me checking in on him anyway.
