What it's about
It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with her work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center. Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to go say hello to Dark Lord, the hidden leader of the city. I'm a bit scared to say hello to Dark Lord for the first time. Only characters at Level 32 or higher can complete this quest. I was able to say hello to Dark Lord, the hidden leader of Kerning City, for the first time. I felt completely overwhelmed by his presence.
