Classic World Launch Events (Oct 21 to Nov 18): Rewards and How to Join

Classic World launched with several events that run until November 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC, plus three scheduled GM events (the last one on December 19). Everything here comes from Nexon's Grand Launch release notes. Here's what each one asks of you and what it gives back.

The Journey Begins (level 10+)

October 21, 6:00 PM UTC to November 18. A daily check-in event.

1. Talk to Maple Administrator and accept [Event] The Journey Begins.
2. Defeat monsters level 10 or higher for a chance at a Maple Leaf.
3. Hand in 30 Maple Leaves once per day (per account) for that day's reward.

Missing a day doesn't reset your progress: if you claim Day 1 on Monday and come back Wednesday, you get Day 2. Rewards follow your total check-ins:

The Marks We Leave Behind (level 25+)

October 21 to November 18. Talk to Jay in Henesys and accept [Event] The Marks We Leave Behind, then follow the clues across Victoria Island to a hidden treasure, the Mark of the Beta.

To Classic Beginners (test players)

October 21 to November 18. If you finished [Event] A Strange and Familiar Wood and [Event] Beyond the Unknown during Closed Online Test #1 and/or #2, the Classic Beginnings Label Ring and Classic Beginnings Chat Ring arrive in your mailbox: one of each for one test, two of each if you did it in both.

Halloween Candies (level 10+)

October 28 to November 18. Talk to Malady in Henesys or Kerning City, then collect 100 Halloween Candies (monsters level 10 or higher have a chance to drop them). A hidden mission afterwards rewards the Pumpkin Basket, a one-handed sword with +27 Weapon Attack, +3 Speed and 7 upgrade slots.

Orange Slimes (level 10+)

October 28 to November 18. Orange Slimes spawn in Henesys, Ellinia, Kerning City and Perion. They drop Halloween Candies and Malady's Candies (600 HP, 450 MP, or 300 HP + 300 MP).

GM events

Enter through Paul at Lith Harbor once the GM opens the event door (12:00 to 2:00 AM UTC). You can't join if you already own a Scroll of Secrets or played a GM event in the last 24 hours.

Everyone who takes part gets an Event Trophy. The Scroll of Secrets goes to those who finish the jump quest, the winning coconut team, and those who reach the last portal-climb stage. The coconut harvest lasts 5 minutes and is melee-only; the portal climb gives you 6 minutes. Take a Scroll of Secrets to Chun Ji at the Kerning City Construction Site for a Magic Box, which Mr. Pickall in Kerning City opens into one random reward (ores, Elixirs, Screws or an Intermediate/Greater armor, earring, glove, shield or cape scroll, among others).
