Founder's Packages: Claim Yours Before November 30 (Classic World)

Founder's Package sales closed on October 14, but if you bought one, you still have to claim it. Unclaimed items expire.

The deadline

Pick up your Founder's Package from your in-game mailbox before November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. After you claim it, you have 30 days to open it. You need to leave Maple Island before you can open it.

What each tier includes

Everything is cosmetic, with no stats or bonuses, and every item works on male and female characters of all jobs. Steam only sold the Zakum Package; the other tiers were on Nexon's own store.

The package can be claimed once per account on each platform (once from the Nexon website purchase, once from Steam).

Signature Style Collection: earlier deadline (November 3)

If you also bought the Signature Style Collection (the Frieren collaboration outfit package, sold until October 7), its pickup window is much shorter: claim it from your in-game mailbox, after leaving Maple Island, between October 23 and November 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. After that it can't be picked up. The coupons and the items they give can't be traded in Classic World.

Outfit boxes

Outfit sets come in a box with a 30-day duration that's tradable within your account. Once you open it, the outfit items are permanent and untradable, but you can move them between characters on the same account and world through the Cash Inventory.
