Is it worth it?

Yes, if you're level 5 or higher and still on Maple Island. All seven steps are talk-only (the quest data lists no kill or item requirement on any of them), so 490 EXP and 10 Oranges come almost free. That's a lot at this stage: level 5 needs 135 EXP and level 6 needs 372, so a fresh level 5 who does the whole quiz lands just short of level 7 (490 of the 507 needed). The EXP goes up by 10 each question. There are no mesos and no gear in the reward data, so don't expect it to fund anything. The last question points you to Southperry, which is where you leave the island.
