What it's about
It seems Rina has her own reasons for not returning Pia's cape. I went to see Rina in Henesys, and she told me she actually took that red cape because Pia also hasn't returned some items that she borrowed. She says that she'll return the cape when she gets her things back... The items are 1 Black Crystal, 1 Ancient Scroll, and 30 Medicine With Weird Vibes. I paid off Pia's debt to Rina on her behalf and received the Red Cape in return. Next, all I have to do is bring this back to Pia.
