What it's about
It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with her work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center. Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to greet Alex, a resident of the city. Since I've become a resident here too, greeting the cityspeople is a given, right Only characters at Level 12 or higher can complete this quest. I greeted Alex, a resident of Kerning City. As expected, the residents of this city seem to be quite full of personality.
