What it's about
In Lith Harbor, I met a heavily bearded crew member named Teo. He does have the Weird Medicine, but explained that, in order for it to work properly, it needs a Sparkling Rock. He told me that he'll hand the medicine over if I can bring one to him. To get the Sparkling Rock, I need to head to Perion Department Store and speak with Sophia, the daughter of the store's owner. I met Sophia. To make the Sparkling Rock, she said she needs Arcon's Blood.
