What it's about
It seems Bruce in Henesys wants to express his feelings to his daughter. Bruce in Henesys asked me to deliver his homemade Bruce's Special Cake to Ayan in Perion. It would be better if he delivered it himself, but... I can understand him being shy. Only characters at Level 17 or higher can complete this quest. I delivered Bruce's Special Cake to Ayan in Perion. It seems Ayan felt Bruce's sincerity after eating the dish.
