MapleStory Classic World October 29 Maintenance: v1.1.0 Update Times
Classic World is getting its first version bump since Grand Launch. Nexon has scheduled a maintenance for Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5:00 to about 9:00 AM PDT, and when Windia comes back up the game will be on v1.1.0.
Quick answer: all MapleStory Classic World servers go offline on October 29, 2026 at 5:00 AM PDT for roughly 4 hours (until around 9:00 AM PDT). The game updates to v1.1.0. Nexon hasn't posted the patch notes yet; the full list of changes comes out once the maintenance is done.
When is the downtime?
Nexon expects about 4 hours. Here's the window in each time zone Nexon listed:
| Time zone | Maintenance window |
|---|---|
| PDT (UTC -7) | Thu Oct 29, 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM |
| EDT (UTC -4) | Thu Oct 29, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM |
| CET (UTC +1) | Thu Oct 29, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM |
| AEDT (UTC +11) | Thu Oct 29, 11:00 PM - Fri Oct 30, 3:00 AM |
What's offline: all MapleStory Classic World game servers.
What's in v1.1.0?
Nexon only says that Classic World "will be updated to v.1.1.0" and that the full list of changes will be posted after the maintenance. No patch notes, no feature list yet. We'll update this page and the patch history as soon as Nexon publishes them.
Don't mix it up with the regular MapleStory patch
The same morning, regular MapleStory has its own minor patch (to v271.5.0) that runs longer, about 8 hours. Nexon's notice for that one says Classic World will not be affected by it. So for Windia, the 4-hour window above is the one that matters.
What to do before the servers go down
- Log out somewhere safe before 5:00 AM PDT. If you're mid party quest, a KPQ run won't survive the shutdown.
- Keep an eye on the launch events you're working on. Our launch events overview has the dates.
- After the update, check back here for the v1.1.0 changes. For how the last one went, see the October 22 patch.
For every earlier update, see the Classic World patch history.
