Aurora Stamps in MapleStory Classic World: How to Get Them and What the Aurora Stamp Shop Sells

Aurora Stamps are what you get for cash outfits you don't want. Every item from a Mystery Fashion Crate can be turned into 1
Aurora Stamp before you equip it, and the stamps buy things in the Aurora Stamp Shop: another crate, or dye coupons. Season 1 stamps expire on January 13, 2027, so don't sit on them.
Quick answer: Right-click an unwanted Mystery Fashion Crate item in your inventory (before equipping it) for 1 Aurora Stamp. An unopened Signature Style Collection outfit set gives 2. Double-click your stamps to open the Aurora Stamp Shop: Aurora Mystery Fashion Crate (20 stamps, or 200 for 10), Mystery Palette Exchange Coupon (5) and Palette Cleanser Exchange Coupon (10). Season 1 runs until January 13, 2027, 7:59 AM UTC, when the stamps expire.
How to get Aurora Stamps
There are two ways, both from Cash Shop outfits:
| What you exchange | Stamps | When |
|---|---|---|
| Any item from a Mystery Fashion Crate | 1 per item | Before you equip it |
| An unopened Signature Style Collection outfit set | 2 | Before you open it |
To exchange, right-click the item in your inventory. The catch is the timing: once an item is equipped (or opened, for the outfit sets) it can't be turned into stamps anymore. So when a crate gives you something you don't like, stamp it right away instead of trying it on.
You can't farm Aurora Stamps from monsters or quests. They only come from these exchanges.
A few rules worth knowing:
- Stamps move between characters on the same account, in the same world.
- Crate items from the Netherlands can't be traded outside the account, but they can still be exchanged for stamps. Players in Belgium, Slovakia and Brazil can't buy Mystery items at all.
- If you'd rather have mesos than stamps, unwanted crate items can also be traded to other players before they're equipped. Our Free Market guide covers selling.
What the Aurora Stamp Shop sells
Collect stamps, then double-click them in your inventory to open the shop.
| Item | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Aurora Mystery Fashion Crate | 20 stamps (200 for 10) | A random outfit item from its own pool (7-day item) |
Mystery Palette Exchange Coupon | 5 stamps | Randomly recolors a dyeable decoration item once (14-day coupon, 30-day item) |
Palette Cleanser Exchange Coupon | 10 stamps | Reverts a Palette-dyed item to its original color once (14-day coupon, 30-day item) |
The two Palette coupons are tradable, but the item you get from them isn't. Palettes only work on items that are already equipped or untradable, and dyeable outfits show an Aurora Badge on their icon. Very white items may not dye well, and special effects and some weapons keep their original color.
The Aurora Mystery Fashion Crate
This is a separate crate with its own reward pool, mostly chocolate-themed and cozy outfits (White Choco Bunny, Cacao Bear Shoes, cat beanies, sweaters and two chocolate rings). Nexon's Cash Shop notice lists every set. The rings can't be dyed; the rest can.
Is it worth it?
Stamps turn the junk from your crates into something useful:
- One stamp per item adds up. Twenty unwanted crate items buy a whole new Aurora crate. At the Grand Launch price of 3,500 NX per Mystery Fashion Crate, that's crates you'd have opened anyway, not extra spending.
- Palette coupons are the cheap pick. At 5 stamps, a Mystery Palette is the easiest way to get a new look out of an outfit you already wear.
- Spend before January 13, 2027. Season 1 stamps expire then. Don't hoard them for a season that hasn't been announced.
