In-game description

Attempts to steal an item from up to 2 monsters at once with a given success rate. On a successful steal, stuns the enemies for 1.5 seconds and increases Attack Power for 60 seconds. Stealing works only once per monster and can be attempted until successful. Required Skill: At least Level 5 Haste
